I ate a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, cheese, and lettuce. I ate at chipotle around 2:30pm on May 18th and began having sever diareea and vomiting that same night around midnight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
