Chipotle Bowl Illness Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Aiken South Carolina

I ate from Chipotle on yesterday, Match 21,2016, around 1pm. I had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, onions and bell peppers, chicken, sour cream, cheese, mild sauce, corn, avocado, and lettuce. I was really hungry so I ate it all. Around 4-5 pm I started feeling nauseous just a little. I kept belching. I decided to eat a little bit of frozen yogurt thinking the sweet taste would make me feel better. Well that didn't work, I had still felt really bad. Around 7pm I started to lay down in bed, after about 30 minutes of lying there, I immediately jumped up and ran to the bathroom. I'd been experiencing bad gas, a bowel movement, vomitting, (which was hard) extreme nausea, and I just felt weak. It is 7:23am Tuesday morning, March 22, 2016. I cannot move to take my son to school because I still feel bad, and I am going to try to go to the hospital when my husband gets off work in a few hours.
