Weird Burrito, Intense Cramps - Chipotle,

I got a burrito during prime dinner hours - when a ton of food is sitting out and the chefs are scrambling to fill orders. One of the chefs commented that my burrito "looked weird", but gave it to me anyway. I shrugged and went on my way. About 12 hours after eating it, I had sudden onset of the most intense abdominal cramps I've ever had. My entire abdomen felt like it was spasming. I didn't have nausea initially, but once I started feeling the tell-tale heat flashes, I knew things were going downhill. The "bathroom problems" were rough, but since I had no appetite there wasn't much to get rid of (somewhat good, but somewhat bad because the lack of food in my belly contributed to the pains). Overall, it only lasted a day and a half. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool, Loss of Appetite, Cramps, Nausea
