I ate a large Oreo Blizzard in the evening between 6:30-7:30pm. I was fine after I ate it, however, at about 2:30 am, I couldn't fall back asleep. It was very hot. I was feeling nauseous, and then I vomited about twice. I thought it was over, so I tried to go back to bed. I started to cramp really bad, so I went back to the bathroom. By this time I was drenched in sweat, shaking, and incredibly dizzy I could barely sit up. The cramps started to hurt so badly that I curled in fetal position on the floor next to the toliet. By this time, it was about 3:15am. Finally, I started to get dirrehea and the cramps were relived. I managed to go back to sleep at about 4:20am. Now it's the morning after. My stomach is unsettled and I'm terrified to eat anything. The 3 other people who I was with and ate ice cream also had dirrehea. I was the only one who threw up and had the worst symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating, Shaking
