10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand soap available at hand washing sink located in rear preparation/dishwashing area. Instructed above to provide hand soap at all hand washing sinks at all times. Manager provided hand soap during inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed ready to eat tcs foods not date marked (such as red sause, beans, rice beef soup etc. ) to indicate the date in which the food must be discarded or consumed. Manager instructed to discard food which has not been date marked. 30lbs of food value of $150. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed no thermometers inside prep coolers throughout facility. Instructed to provide.

- comments: must properly label food storage containers when food is not in the original container.

- comments: observed ice scoop stored directly inside ice maker. Instructed to store outside of ice chest.

- comments: observed employeed not wering hair restraints in food preparation area. Instructed to wear hair restraints at all times food is being prepared and served.

- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables, prep coolers and counter tops. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed ice scoops stored on top of ice machine must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed plastic grocery bags used to store frozen meats and cooked foods in the freezer. Must use only food grade storage bags.

- comments: observed leaking faucet base at the 3-compartment sink in front service station area. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed missing cover on trash can in customer restroom. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed dirt and debris on floor under around and behind all cooking equipment and refrigeration units throughout premises. Must clean floors and maintain.
