High Priority - Presence of dead insects and other pests throughout the dining room and kitchen.

High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food prepared from/mixed with ingredient(s) at ambient temperature not cooled to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 4 hours. Cole slaw (47-49F - Cooling)in display cold holding case at the front counter. As per operator food prepared and portioned yesterday at 1 pm. Food stored with tight lid.
