Report date: May 14, 20219. No bare hand contact with rte food or a pre-approved alternative procedure properly allowed
- comments: observed bare hand contact with ready to eat foods by employees. Observed male cook putting sliced tomato and lettuce on a sandwich then placed toasted bread on top and cut sandwich with bare hands. Also a female employee was handling toast from toaster with bare hands and butter the toast and placing in paper bags. Instructed manger to wear gloves,use utensils ot deli paper to handle foods. - comments: violation codes: 6-202. 15 inspector comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of north and south parking lot doors. Must make doors tight fitting.
