High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. More than 25 rodent droppings on floor under cooking equipment. More than 15 rodent droppings on floor in ware wash area. Five rodent droppings on dry storage shelf next to bin of onions. Four rodent droppings on floor near reach in cooler. **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food required to be date marked is not date marked and time of opening/preparation cannot be determined. See stop sale. Cheesecake opened last Friday not discarded yesterday being day seven. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
