9. No bare hand contact with rte food or a pre-approved alternative procedure properly allowed
- comments: observed food handler chopping raw onions. Onions were being cut to add to guacamole a ready to eat item. Onions were discarded and food handler was instructed to wash rinse and sanitize cutting board and utensil, he was also instructed to wash hands and use gloves to handle ready to eat foods. Priority violation 7-38-010. Citation issued

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: found dishmachine at front bar area not sanitizing. Glassware in machine at time of testing. Manager tried to correct machine. Machine had 0 ppm sanitizer at rinse. Machine tagged held for inspection at this time. Machine may not be used until reinspectd by the cdph. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: ice machine in need of detail cleaning to remove build up at chute. Instructed to clean and maintain clean.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: all wiping cloths when not in use must be stored in a clean sanitizing solution. Instructed to correct and maintain.

44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: plateware at hot line must be inverted to eliminate all food pieces falling on clean plaeware. Instructed to invert and maintain.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: pop in the box shelf holder in front bar area must be cleaned and off the floor 6 inches. Instructed to correct and maintain.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: front bar area shelves, table tops in need of cleaning to remove all build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: outside waste grease area not maintained. Grease encrusted to the top of container and large amounts of grease on ground around container. Instructed to detail clean top of container and ground to remove grease build up. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors in front bar area with large amounts of build up in corners and at floor drains. Instructed to detail clean and maintain clean.

A Senior Escalation Specialist told me that Quaker Oats is not recalling any of this bad cereal. She denies that hundreds of others are making the same complaints. I can Not find a box of good Peanut butter Crunch. Quaker Oats refuses to send me a good box. I Don't think any exists. And I have a complaint with the FDA, but it's going slow.
