28. Toxic substances properly identified, stored, & used
- comments: observed 3 uncovered pellets of rodent bait in basement which was not in bait station. Rodent bait shall be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Priority violation. 7-38-015. Citation issued. Employee removed pellets and discarded on site.

37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed no label on packaged flan cake and jello for customer self service. Must provide label with name of business, address, name of product, net quantity, ingredients if more than 2 and any allergens if applicable.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings throughout establishment. Mice droppings were found on packaged sugar bags in rear storage, on storage shelves in rear, top of basement steps and behind basement door, under register area and on top of sheet pan where cookie cutters were stored. Instructed to clean and eliminate all evidence of pest activity on premises. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
