- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate posted. Premises serves tcs foods: fish, sliced tomatoes, milk etc. Instructed the person in charge they must provide and maintain, post certificate visible to customers. Citation issued. Priority foundation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: observed ice scoop laying on top of ice machine. Instructed the person in charge to store ice scoop in a clean and sanitized container to prevent potential contamination.

- comments: observed accumulated grease on interior and exterior surfaces of all cooking equipment. Instructed the person in charge to clean and maintain. (nonfood contact surfaces)
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster area overflowing , preventing lids from closing properly. Instructed the person in charge to ensure that trash is properly contained,not overflowing and that garbage lids are tight fitting. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

- comments: observed vent covers in both toilet rooms with dust accumulation. Instructed the person in charge to remove dust and maintain.

Instructed the person in charge to renew expired allergen awareness training certificate and ensure that any individual that holds a city of chicago food sanitation certificate receives allergen training and allergen awarness certificate.
