- comments: observed hot running water temperature not maintained throughout premises at all hand sinks water temperatures ranging from (67. 3f,73. 4f,73. 5f) and 3- compartment sinks (72. 7f),toilet room (72. 8f). Must restore hot running water at sinks on premises at 100. 0f minimum for hand sinks and 110. 0f for 3- compartment sink and maintain. - comments: observed multi-use utensils not being sanitized at 3- compartment sink. Observed both female employees at sink washing utensils with soap and scrubb pad then rinsing under running water. - comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on floor under both glass reach in coolers,along wall near chemicals on sales floor under all food storage shelves on sales floor,in furnance room. Also a dead decayed mouse on glue board in between coolers on sales floor. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/23/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
