Report date: Oct 6, 202513. Food in good condition, safe, & unadulterated
- comments: observed approximaltely 34 1/2 lbs of fresh blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and blue berries stored inside produce display cooling unit with what appears to be fuzzy white, gray and green patches on surfaces of fruit and inside containers throughout. Instructed to provide safe and produce in good condition as required and maintain. Person in voluntarily discarded at this time. Priority violation. #7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: 3-501. 13 observed tcs foods improperly thawing inside 3 compartment sink in meat prep as well as 2 large bags of shrimp and salmon filet in sushi prep on top of storage cart. Instructed to thaw under refrigeration or with continuous running water and

- comments: 4-204. 112(b) observed cooling unit located in stans donuts prep area without thermometer inside. Instructed to provide and maintain where tcs foods are located.

- comments: 4-601. 11(b)observed bulk containers, bread baking pans, rolling carts, popcorn mixing equipment working ingredients stored throughout bakery, all display cases with donuts and pocorn / sweets with excessive amounts of dried food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of equipment located inside prep areas. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: 6-501. 12 out c 12/16/2025 6-501. 12 observed all floors in rear stock/storage, walk in coolers/freezers and under all equipment located throughout all prep areas including grocery store aisle with excessive amounts of trash and food debris. Noted dried food splatter on walls throughout prep areas instructed to clean and maintain.
