- comments: pic on site doesn't have a food managers certificate. Must provide and maintain. Manager arrived on site at 3:43 p. M. After inspection was conducted. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (chicken,hamburgers, salad,etc)must be on site at all times. 38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed an appx. '1/2' gap in right corner of rear delivery door. Must make door tight fitting.
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed a female with very long nails handling foods (french fries and bagging food items and another female with painted pinkish nail color handling food as well. Spoke with manager on employees wearing gloves and nails to be a certain length according to law. Manager had employees put on gloves during inspectiong. - comments: must clean grease and food debris build up on conveyor,exterior grill on soda machine at drive thru,interior of milk cooler,dry food rolling storage racks, walk in cooler fan guard covers.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe underneath 3- compartment sink and leaky faucet handle at middle hand sink.
