Couple's Severe McD's Illness - McDonald's, Victoria Texas

My husband and I McDonald’s yesterday, we both ended up with diarrhea throughout the night and following morning and extreme nausea that led to vomiting multiple times. I ran fever through the night and was absolutely miserable and couldn’t sleep. All day we have been nauseous and both have stomach ache so severe that caused lower back pain. Needless to say we won’t be eating at any McDonald’s locations anymore. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
