- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink in dish washing area. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by emplolyees.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 70 mice droppings scattered on floor and shelves in catering storage, 10 mice droppings scattered on shelves under front counter, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor in northeast corner near electrical outlet, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor between shelving units and milk/dairy cooler in serving area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed 1/4' gap on bottom of middle and north entrance/exit doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in storage area. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed multi-use utensils not covered or inverted in dining area. Instructed manager to properly cover or invert utensils to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed milk crates used as shelving units. Instructed manager to provide adequate shelving for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: observed residue on interior surfaces of ice machine, grease buildup on interior fryer cabinets, dust buildup on bases of coolers and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
