- comments: observed improper temperatures of cooked tcs foods such as 3lbs. Cooked ground beef-111. 0f. On topside of 1- eye stove. Product was discarded by manager must have hot foods at 135. 0f or above. Appx. 3lbs. $30. (cos)(priority 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: observed missing internal thermometers inside of most cold holding display units and hot holding must provide and maintain.

- comments: must label repackaged food items on display for sale.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 20 or more live small flies flying around in deli prep area,on fruit on sales floor and evidence of appx. 25 or more mice droppings on floor in rear storage area and rat droppings in electrical closet amongst clutter. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/15/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed a gap along bottom and side of front entry , exit doors and rear door must make tight fitting to prevent insect entry.
