- comments: over 50 mice droppings scattered on floor behind chest freezers in storage area. Instd to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize areas and have updated pest control service. Citation issued 7-38-020(a). Priority foundation

- comments: previous core violations from 6/21/19 report 2294041 not corrected: 16 4-602. 11(b-e): **c** equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils-frequency observed the prep and serving tables with food stains and debris. Instructed to clean and maintain. 37 3-302. 12: **c** food storage containers identified with common name of food observed large bulk containers of sugar, flour, and cornstarch with no label. Instructed to label when not in the original container. 47 4-101. 11(b, c, d, e): **c** characteristics- materials for construction and repair observed metal cans being used during food preparation in the rear kitchen. Observed cardboard being used on the shelves to store dishes and on the floors. Instructed to remove and provide food grade materials. 49 4-601. 11(c): (c) nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observed the fronts and sides of the stoves, deep fryer, cabinets, baskets, outsides of the rice cookers, prep tables with build up of excess dirt, grease, and food debris. Instructed to clean and maintain. 55 6-201. 11: **c** floors, walls, and ceilings- cleanability observed excessive grease, dirt, food debris in between the cooking equipment, along the walls, and baseboards, instructed to clean and maintain.
