- comments: must label food storage containers with common food names; flour, sugar, etc. , when food has been removed from original packaging. Instructed to maintain.

- comments: observed the rear side exit door not rodent proofed in the bottom right corner; instructed to reattach door sweep or replace it to cover bottom right corner. Observed the center area of the receiving door not rodent proof; must rodent proof door.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: instructed to clean the interior bottom of the fryers to remove grease, clean underneath the grill and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment to remove grease. Instructed to clean the fan covers in the walk-in units to remove dust observed on covers.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: the handsink behind the unused bar is in poor repair; repair handsink.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: found no covered waste receptacle in womens washroom; must provide for feminine products.

- comments: instructed to clean floors, walls and ceilings in kitchen areas to remove grease and splatter. Clean floor in storage areas.
