Sudden Nausea on Train - Osnabrück, Osnabrück Lower Saxony

Pizzeria Two cheese/ham pretzels on offer.
Ate half of one. After about 15 minutes, nausea and vomiting suddenly on the train to Bremen. It was so fast that I couldn't run to the toilet. I have myself (. And the train) literally threw up all over... that's never happened to me before
