Severe Illness After Eating - Panda Express,

I ate at Panda Express in Murphy TX on 6.12.15. I had Honey Orange Chicken and the new Short Ribs. I started feeling I'll within a few hours, and was bed ridden for 3 days. Had to go to a Doctor on June 16th, to stop the vomiting. Still very weak 5 days later. Lost 12 lbs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
