- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on old cutting board underneath unused toast on rear food storage shelf and on floor under same,on rolling cart under shelf,grill table,fryer cabinet,under crates in mop sink closet,on floor next to stove,on service counter shelving units. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/25/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
