10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the salad prep, milkshake prep, and drive-thru prep handwashing sinks with hot water temperatures above 120 f. Observed hot water at 125f-128f at said sinks. Management instructed us to repair and maintain all handwashing sinks with a hot water temperature between 100-120f. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Management adjusted handwash sinks, and they all now provide hot water at 100f-110f.
37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed a bulk food storage container not labeled. Instructed management of all bulk food products (salt, sugar, etc. ) it must be labeled with a common name. Must provide and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed a half inch gap at the bottom of the 2nd drive thru window. Must seal gap to prevent pest entry and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed wooden pallets stacked in the dumpster storage area. Instructed to remove and maintain dumpster storage area free of any unnecessary items.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed multiple expired food handler training certificates. Instructed management that all employees who handle or prepare food must complete food handler training and keep valid non-expired certificates on site.
