- comments: observed no certified food manager certificate posted to view while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (pork,sliced tomato,steak,etc). Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

- comments: must provide hand washing signs at hand sink.

- comments: observed no consumer advisory disclosure and reminder on menu of consuming raw and undercooked foods. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

Must relocate equipment, provide a lock for the equipment or remove food items and store only beverages inside the refrigeration unit. #53- must provide a covered receptacle in women's washroom used by employees and customers. #55-observed unnecessary items behind front service counter, throughout the facility such as personal items, tools, unused equipment, paperwork, etc. Instructed to organize, clean and maintain at all times. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-42-090)
