- comments: observed prepackaged food with no label. Prepackaged food items are not made on site, and the manufacturer's labeling indicates the tiramisu may contain traces of soy, tree nuts, and nuts. Instructed the manager to provide the name of the food source for each major food allergen (milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans) contained in the food unless the food source is already part of the common or usual name of the respective ingredient and discard dates. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005, citation issued.

- comments: observed two food handlers in the food prep area and handling food without hair restraints. Instructed manager all food handlers in the food prep area and, while handling food, must wear hair restraints at all times.

- comments: observed pans for baking dough not inverted at the front food prep area. Instructed to invert all said items to avoid possible contamination.

- comments: observed a slow drain at the three-compartment sink while draining. Instructed to repair and maintain said drain.

- comments: observed food stains and residue on the walls and floors in the dishwashing area. Instructed to deep clean said area and maintain.
