- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (italian beef,sliced tomato,chicken,fish,etc)must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

- comments: observed hand washing sinks not accessible. Observed front hand sink with several towels in basi and rear hand sink with a cutting board inside of basin.
