I ate nachos with steak (carne asada) on them, and when I woke up the next morning I was extremely sick. I have had non-stop diarrhea, if I eat or drink anything I throw up, I have a fever, and if I look at anything for too long I get nauseous and want to throw up. It is the worst feeling, totally not worth it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
