- comments: 3-501. 16(a:2,&b) observed deli meat at improper cold holding temperature at 52f inside of 2-door refrigerator. Also observed shredded lettuce, tuna, chicken breast, sliced cheese at an improper cold holding temperature ranging rfom 51-53f. Tcs foods must be held at 41f or below inside of a cold holding unit. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued. Food discarded. Food weighing approximately 300 lbs at a cost of $2,500.

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: 4-301. 11 observed improper ambient temperature at 48f inside of a 2-door refrigerator. Ambient temperature inside of a cold holding unit must be at 41f or below. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13 (b:3) previous priority foundation violation not corrected from 5-15-2026, report #2636882. #39--must provide a barrier at prep table next to mopsink or remove prep table from area. #58-observed no food allergen training for food manager must provide and maintain. Priority violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
