- comments: 8-404. 13 observed evidence of live insect activity on site; observed about 5 live cockroaches in between cooking equipment located in the rear food prep area, about 2 live roaches on the ice container in the front food prep area, one live cockroach on the fish tank in the customer dining area and 2 live roaches crawling on the floor in the rear food prep area. Observed evidence of live rodent activity; observed about 20 rodent droppings on a shelf and on meat slicer located in the rear food prep area and about 50 rodent droppings located in a mixer bowl and container and about 20 rodent droppings located in the furnance room. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and eliminate live insect and live rodent activity and contact pest control for a service. Priority violation 7-42-090.
