Observed evidence of live rodent activity; observed about 20 rodent droppings on a shelf and on meat slicer located in the rear food prep area and about 50 rodent droppings located in a mixer bowl and container and about 20 rodent droppings located in the furnance room. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and eliminate live insect and live rodent activity and contact pest control for a service. Priority violation 7-42-090.
