Buffet Illness: Shrimp, Chicken - Hibachi Grill, Johnson City Tennessee

Ate from the buffet on Sunday afternoon, had sesame chicken beef and broccoli vegetable lo mien fried rice Chinese green beans shrimp sauce pork egg roll clear soup with mushrooms in it. About an hour later began feeling cramps slight nausea needed to stop at grocery store had to go to bathroom twice felt like would be diarrhea but a lot of cramping & nausea. Got home felt same off & on for most of evening then diarrhea and vomiting started. Continued with vomiting for about 1 &1/2 hours diarrhea thru next day. Sips of ginger ale and ice chips after started easing down then a few bites of saltines. Resturant is not the same neither is the food quality , I think it has been sold or changed ownership / management.Will never eat there again ! The other person with me was sick as well but symptoms took a bit longer. Common foods we ate was the chicken and the rice shrimp sauce , they ate more of the shrimp choices on buffet . Did not get quite as sick as I was ! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Thanks for posting; I do not trust 99% of the restaurants around here - there is no regulation or standard of cleanliness, hygiene, training. Why doesn't our health department do more?
