Good afternoon, on Saturday, Dec 2 I purchased a loaf of pumpkin bread while visiting the casino to take home. Sure, as I said I purchased the loaf to bring home and after eating felt sick within the hour I was in the bathroom vomiting then going  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Stayed four nights- the last night we were there I came down with nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramps and a bad headache. It has so far lasted four days.
