Purchased Nutella from Walmart delivery and arrived without it being sealed. Should have tossed it but 11 year old ended up eating it with a crepe last night for dinner and has been puking all night multiple times and her stomach is in pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
