Ordered the fish taco yesteray and when I got there it was only one piece left he said it takes 10 minutes he brings out 3 pieces of fish and I get my bowl. 40 minutes after as I’m not far from the house I have intense stomach pain and diarrhea. I orded Philly steak sandwich. Daughter ordered Italian sandwich. Both of us are sick throwing up. Nausea, pain, hot ears. extreme pain in neck. So bad and scary! Was up until 4am throwing up and now next day still feel bad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
