Had beef chuck short ribs that made my boyfriend nauseous and have diarrhea all night. I got the symptoms a day later violently vomiting and uncontrollable diarrhea, shivers, dehydration and intense stomach pains. Cereal. I recently got Apple Cinnamon Cheerio's that caused me to have diarrhea (very runny) on both times I ate it. Stopped eating it and I was fine. I'd like to add that I have ate Honey Nut Cheerio's before without this issue. I have an unopened box in the cabinet that I'm affraid to eat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
