I ate here on 2/15/25 and ordered the Tomato Basil Pasta. Everything was fine until later I developed violent vomiting and extreme nausea. I also developed a fever. It is 2/17 and I still have the fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
