1/10/2026 Taco Bell Black Bean Crunch Wrap Supreme, probably the cabbage Eaten at appx. 8:30pm on 1/9/2026, began vomiting at 4am on 1/10/2026. Drive thru. My wife had a crunchwrap supreme as well but did not have cabbage or guac on hers, and she is perfectly healthy.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Fever

Only thing I ate the entire day was the sausage egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and 10pc assorted munchkins. Started feeling stomach pain 4-5 hours later and then threw up 5 times 2 hours after that.
