Earlier in the day I had 2 sandwiches with freshly opened deli and cheese at my house.
I only had a vanilla shake from around 7-8pm.
Ate nothing after that.
Got really bloated from it right away and by midnight I started both vomiting and diarrhea.

I had got the coffee d-lite mocha smoothie with muscle builder added. Don’t get me wrong the smoothie was delicious. The coffee was a bit strong but not even 2 hours later I woke up from a nap with bad nausea & diarrhea. Never again. I’ll just stick to making my own smoothies.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

My father purchased strawberries from this location. He was in fine health this morning, but approximately one hour
after eating a handful of these, he began getting dizzy and nauseated. He has vomited multiple times and cannot stand without assistance (such is the severity of his light-headedness).
