bacon & egg McMuffin Only eat there. Had decaf coffee (black) and a bacon & egg McMuffin. One hour later it hit me. Dizzy, sweating and then the vomiting started. Three days later, pretty good.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain

Got a French dip combo, was the only thing I ate besides my usual Ensure drink. Woke up at 5am December 11th puking, didn’t stop puking till 6pm. Had chills, stomach craps, and the scariest thing- puked up blood.
