This is my second time ordering this dish: fillet mignon and garlic mash and it gave me instant diarrhea. I think it might be the potatoes but I think I might stop ordering that dish or stop going to this restaurant :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered take out of Kentucky lamb. I picked it up at 7pm and was violently ill at 2 am. I was sick for over 12 hours. The place seemed clean but there is an issue and health authorities should unvestkgate  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
