After eating this I became really ill I couldn’t sleep all night in my stomach and my ribs was hurting I woke up this morning and as soon as I got to the toilet I vomit it so much my vomit it smells very acidic  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain

I ate a trilogy box meal and added chicken wings. This food was delivered through just eat at approximately 2.56pm 05/04/21. I ate it right away. The only other thing I had ate after that was a salad for dinner.

My partner and I ordered a burger each and a large bucket of 20 hot wings. An hour or so after eating, I became very unsettled and soon developed diarrhea and began vomiting.
