Went to Nando’s at about 5pm. I ordered the homous starter and 1/2 chicken with rice and chips. Thought I felt bloated until stomach pain kept me up at night. Went to toilet and vomited straight away at about 2am. Have not vomited since but have had diarrhoea all day today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Had a veriaty meal Saturday night and a zinger burger meal Sunday night, started with diarrhoea, then wild vomiting and diarrhoea and painfull stomach cramps. Ambulance came out to me, and confirmed it was food poisoning from KFC Oldbury  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
