ate a fillet fish burger and grand angus burger and a few hours later after going to sleep woke up feeling incredibly sick and can feel the mcdonalds just sitting there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate ultimate box with wicked wings at 1.30. By 4.00 i had severe nausea and began vomiting. This got worse and progressed to fever, chills and diahorrea. Has taken over 24 hours to feel normal again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
