After eating a Zambreros burrito, which was vegetarian , I woke up approx 3 hours after being in bed with painful stomach cramps , this was followed by acute diarrhoea for an hour and then followed by vomiting , there were clear particles of undigested food . I still have a part of the burrito  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
