Ordered food for lunch for 2. 2 jnr whoppers and 2 chips. Food tasted ok. 30 mins later, in toilet with runs. Tried again 3 days later with the same meal, same runs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got a Hawaiian pizza and a garlic bread, noticed the ham tasted a bit weird but haven’t had dominos in a while so thought that might just be what their ham tastes like, an hour and half later I got very sick which then led to approximately 30 hours of vomiting and intense nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
