I ate today Saturday May 19th one bowl of Chicken Ramen. One hour later I had a horrible stomachache and was puking everything out. I didn't eat anything else before or after this meal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

We ate dinner before Theatre. I had Fr. Onion Soup, BBQ ribs w/coleslaw baked potato, and apple pie. Six hours later I was throwing it all back up. Two days later I still have diarrhea and am tired and nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
