Had a matcha latte and a vegan pear and mango crumble at 9:30 PM Saturday night. I awoke to severe diarrhea around 3 AM, followed by persistent vomiting, dry heaving, and defecating and vomiting bile. Massive dehydration resulted to the point where I was experiencing kidney pain.… See more

I ate chicken nuggets, Fries and a smoothie from here around noon today.. ended up feeling nauseated afterwards and threw up 3 times, it’s 2am and I’m still feeling sick but more Ill then before ? it was the only thing i ate, so my guess is that McDonalds gave me food poisoning so thanks McDonald’s  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Twice in a row food poisoned after reporting an employee to management. Coincidentally the same person serving the poison food after I complained . He also told me he read my complaint. Great job management . So you tell your employees who complained about them then they food poison them .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
