At 11 am this morning I had a sausage egg mcmuffin, 2 hashbrowns and a large double double. All afternoon in university I was feeling nauseous. When returning home I had to pull over to puke. I have explosive diarrhea, I cant keep any food down, and I have been puking since about 5 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
