I usually get a foot long cold cut and yesterday I decided for something different, the tuna. While the sandwich tasted fine, I been having diarea since. Anything I eat, I basically have diarea within half an hour. I think the tuna was bad but it was heavily sauced so I couldn’t tell.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered a Cobb salad on Sunday Feb 17 at around 5 pm and then started feeling symptoms about 11 pm. Was up the whole night throwing up violently ... a total of about six times. Spent the next 24 hours in bed, in pain from the dehydration and felt feverish/chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills

On Friday Jan 18th, 2019 at 530pm, I had the steak frites which came with a salad. I've shared the steak with my wife but I had the salad to myself. At 1030pm I was experiencing vomitting, diarrhea, nausea, fever, and severe chills. I had to detox for 2 full days to recover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea

I had a mcdouble meal with fries and a water on December 30th 2018 around 12:30 am, then felt symptoms start at 11:00 am after waking up which got progressively worse through the day, where vomitting set in around 7pm lasting until midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
