had beef offal noodles in soup, ice coffee milk tea and 3 pieces of deep fried chicken. Their beef offal taste strange, I didn't eat much.. but still got diarrhea since then.. 4 times diarrhea since 2:27 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Today Blue cheese (vacuum packed and sealed) purchased at Bosa foods, Victoria drive, Vancouver Purchased the sealed cheese yesterday, refrigeratored it immediately, opened and ate today with crackers also from Bosa foods, half an hour later vomited for four hours/until stomach empty.
