had a slice of SPINOTTA pizza and the place was filthy — dirty tables that I had to clean myself with my own hand sanitizer, and no restroom. Within an hour, I got severe stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea (clear food poisoning). Had to take charcoal tablets. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Cesar, beverage, cheeseburger and Keylime pie with whipped cream for dessert.
That was Thursday at 7 PM.
That day had a usual breakfast of eggs and toast. Nothing else until dinner.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
